FedPayUSA—A Pioneer in ACH Services and Bad Check Recovery (RCK)

Federal banking laws changed in 1998 allowing for electronic recovery of dishonored checks. In 2001, designers perfected software capable of accomplishing electronic check recovery. Federal Check Recovery, our flagship company, was a pioneer in ACH services and bad check recovery (RCK). With endorsements from more than 70 state and national associations, Federal Check Recovery represented a base that exceeded 150,000 members. As one of the leading providers of electronic check recovery service in the country, Federal Check Recovery was continually evolving and expanding the scope of ACH and bad check recovery (RCK) services.

In 2008, our processing partner, Federal Payments, LLC, from Denver, Colorado, purchased the assets and name of Federal Check Recovery. In 2009, we launched FedPayUSA with the primary goal of delivering a broader menu of ACH and bad check recovery (RCK) services.

FedPayUSA focuses on outward growth via enrollment of professional clients such as veterinarians, physicians, pharmacies, etc. Our upward growth is accomplished via enrollment of high volume check-receiving businesses such as property management companies, convenience stores, grocery stores, retail chains, colleges, utility companies, etc. Our internal growth focuses on developing industry-changing payment processing procedures with total dedication to client services.
