All items are available to franchise owners at no additional charge. Unless otherwise noted, independent contractors (IC) will be offered reasonable rates for any or all of the following items.

• Intensive training program at our corporate office to learn about each of our services, competitive advantages, operational issues, sales techniques, marketing ideas and strategies


• Stationery, envelopes, business cards, presentation folders, insert sheets and other marketing materials


• Outreach marketing materials for your use in promoting services to prospective clients


• Client enrollment service, customer service, tracking and reports for territories (included for IC)


• Territory contact information on our Web site for viewing and access by potential clients (included for IC)


• Access to a database of approximately 20,000 SIC code-filtered businesses within your protected territory, appropriate for our services; entries within the database will include business name, address, phone and point of contact


• Access to our numerous state and national association endorsements that exist in your territory (included for IC)

Investment and Return on Your Investment
The total fee to purchase a FedPayUSA, LLC franchise and own your own business is $30,000 for each protected geographic territory. This payment includes all franchise and services fees. FedPayUSA, LLC covers the cost of travel, training, starter kit and an initial outreach direct mailing to businesses within your protected geographic territory. Home-base expenses for office space, equipment, personnel and other start up costs will be your responsibility.

There isn't any up-front financial obligation for independent contractors. Training, starter packets and marketing tools are offered at a reasonable cost. Home-base expenses for office space, equipment, personnel and other start up costs will be your responsibility.

When FedPayUSA, LLC services are sold, we will split net revenues after vendor fees on a 50/50 basis for both franchisees and independent contractors. Compensation is calculated on a monthly basis for the previous month’s sales/business transactions.

6 Easy Steps to Getting Started

Step 1 Contact us
We invite you to find out more about becoming a FedPayUSA, LLC franchisee or independent contractor by filling out the Request Information form, or calling us at 888.808.8128.

During an initial phone consultation, we will discuss your territory interest(s) and market demographics. We will also talk about your expectations and financial obligations.

If it’s decided we're a good match for each other, we will send you the appropriate forms and disclosure documents.

Step 2: For potential franchise owners, complete our Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD)
The Franchise Disclosure Document provides you with in-depth information about FedPayUSA, LLC ownership.

Franchise regulations require you have the FDD for a period of 14 calendar days prior to purchasing a franchise. We will continue to actively work with you in finalizing your territory selection(s).

Step 3: For both franchise owners and independent contractors, complete our Operating Agreement.
The Operating Agreement, which is a written contract between FedPayUSA, LLC and you, lists all obligations and responsibilities of both parties. You will receive an Operating Agreement for each territory you are interested in running.

The disclosure period for the Franchise Operating Agreement is 7 calendar days, and it can run concurrently with your Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) disclosure period. The Independent Contractor Operating Agreement may be returned at any time.

Step 4: Decision Time.
This is where is gets exciting. To officially become a franchise owner of your own territory, you simply need to sign and submit your Operating Agreement, and send your payment to our corporate office. Once we receive the documents and payment, we will execute the contract and it’s complete!

Step: 5: Attend "Boot Camp" Training
Our mandatory training course is required for the principal territory franchise owner or independent contractor. It is also beneficial to invite any key staff members that will be integral in helping you operate your territory. You will be responsible for their travel and lodging expenses during the training period. You will learn about each of our services, competitive advantages, operational issues, sales techniques, and marketing ideas and strategies.

Training is held at the FedPayUSA, LLC corporate office in Columbia, Missouri. After your initial training, we continue to offer assistance via phone, on-site visits, email, and our Web site. There isn't any additional expense for this valuable training and support.

Step 6: Begin Your New Life!
During the set-up of your new business, you will continue to have access to us for any additional questions. As soon as you return from training and your materials are assembled, you’re ready to start accomplishing your dreams!
